Most slips are equipped with boat hoists, offering an added level of convenience and protection for your vessel. All rental slips are covered, helping shield boats from direct sunlight and the elements.

Boat Storage Options
In addition to our covered boat slips, Boondock Rentals offers designated on-property storage for boats kept on trailers, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Boat slip rentals are available on a monthly basis, with a 10% discount for customers who choose to pay annually. All slips are offered at the same rate per linear foot, making pricing straightforward regardless of slip location.

Covered Boat Slip Rental Rates & Availability
At Boondock Rentals, all covered boat slips are rented at a standard rate of $10 per linear foot per month, plus applicable sales tax. For example, a 20-foot boat would cost approximately $214 per month, including tax. Customers who pay annually receive a 10% discount on their rental rate.
Currently, all 36 covered boat slips are occupied, and a waiting list is in place. Apartment rentals do not include or guarantee boat slip availability. Boat owners interested in securing a slip are encouraged to contact us for information about the waiting list and future openings.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Additional rental terms and conditions are outlined in the boat slip rental agreement.
